Spin-up

From 1 s into the round Gatling streams 1-damage bullets at the nearest enemy. The fire rate climbs from 3 to 12 bullets per second over 10 s of firing, then the gun overheats and cools for 2 s before spinning up again. Bullets fly straight once fired; the slower Gatling moves, the tighter the spread.
