Terms of Service

These terms apply when you play Orb Clash at orbclash.io. By playing, or by creating an account, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission, and they agree to these terms for you.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don’t sell, share or transfer accounts.
• Choose a name that isn’t offensive, hateful, impersonating someone, or advertising. We may rename accounts that break this.
• You can delete your account at any time in Account settings.

Virtual items

Coins, diamonds, orbs, effects and other in-game items are licensed to you for use in Orb Clash. They have no real-world monetary value, can’t be exchanged for money, and you don’t own them as property. You may trade eligible orbs with other players inside the game only; buying or selling items or accounts for real money outside the game is not allowed.

We may change how items, prices, odds and the game itself work to keep it fair and fun. Capsule odds are shown in the store before you open one.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, and their checkout terms also apply. Diamonds and bundles are delivered to your account once payment completes. Because digital items are delivered immediately, purchases are final once delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If something you paid for didn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll fix it.

Fair play

Don’t:

• cheat, use bots or scripts, or exploit bugs (please report them instead);
• attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to our services;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players;
• scam other players in trades.

We may remove items gained through cheating or exploits, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. For serious or repeated breaches we may do so without notice.

The service

We work to keep Orb Clash running smoothly, but it is provided as it is and as available. It may change, have downtime, or (with reasonable notice) shut down. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and tell signed-in players about significant changes. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
